Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 September 2026.
These terms apply to the launch list on this website, the free PolyQuad software (“PolyQuad”, “the software”), the free account you get by signing up at launch, and the PolyQuad fee, launch offer, referral and affiliate rules. The provider is Drivexio OÜ, registry code 17211907, VAT EE102847006, Tiskrevälja tn 59-12, 13516 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”, “us”). By reserving a spot, signing up or using the software you agree to these terms.
1. Provider and contact
- Provider: Drivexio OÜ, private limited company (osaühing), Estonia
- Registry code: 17211907; VAT number: EE102847006
- Address: Tiskrevälja tn 59-12, 13516 Tallinn, Estonia
- Email: hello@polyquad.app
2. The software
PolyQuad is software for manual trading of Polymarket's crypto Up/Down markets. It is a free download: a desktop app for macOS and Windows and a server edition (Docker image) that you run on your own server. It includes a paper mode that simulates fills without sending orders.
We do not offer an installation service. You install and set up PolyQuad yourself; we never access your computer, your server or your keys. Support requests: hello@polyquad.app.
PolyQuad is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket. Polymarket is a trademark of its owner. Your use of Polymarket is governed by Polymarket's own terms.
3. Launch list and launch offer
Before launch, this website only collects email addresses for the launch list. Leaving your address creates no account and no obligation to buy anything; there is nothing to buy. You confirm the address from the link we send, and at launch we email you a personal registration link.
Launch offer. The first 100 email addresses confirmed on the launch list get a launch spot: half of the PolyQuad fee paid back for 12 months from launch. Orders are charged at the normal rate (1% for taker orders, 0.5% for maker orders), and half of the PolyQuad fee is paid back monthly in pUSD to your Polymarket wallet, so the effective fee is 0.5% and 0.25%. Conditions:
- The offer is open until the launch, planned for 28 October 2026 (the launch may come earlier), or until the 100 spots are taken, whichever comes first. Spots go in order of email confirmation; the website shows how many are left.
- One spot per email address and per wallet. A spot is personal and cannot be transferred, sold or combined with another spot.
- A spot is claimed by signing up with the personal link we email at launch, within 14 days of that email. An unclaimed spot goes to the next address on the waiting list.
- The order ticket always shows the fee actually charged on the order (the normal rate). The paid-back half follows the common rules for rebates below.
- Addresses confirmed after the spots are taken are on the waiting list in order of confirmation and receive no reduction unless a spot is released.
- We may withdraw a spot obtained by abuse, for example many addresses of one person, or an address that is not the person's own.
4. Free account
At launch you sign in with your email address: we send a sign-in link, there is no password. The account is free; there is no purchase and no subscription.
You may install and use PolyQuad for your own trading on as many devices as you like, in any mix of desktop app and server edition.
The account holds your launch spot, your rebates and your referral or affiliate shares, and identifies you to PolyQuad's relay when you set up a trade-only session key. Trading with your own key does not depend on it.
Wallets are bound to your account by a signature. A wallet belongs to one account only. The account is personal: you may not sell, rent or share it, or operate PolyQuad as a service for others. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software, or remove or circumvent the PolyQuad fee, except where the law expressly allows it.
To move a wallet to another account, email hello@polyquad.app; we do it by hand.
5. Updates
We may release updates, and they are free. Updates can be required to keep PolyQuad working with Polymarket. Your statutory rights to updates for digital content remain unaffected.
6. PolyQuad fee
Orders placed through PolyQuad in live mode carry the PolyQuad fee of 1% of the order value for taker orders and 0.5% for maker (limit) orders, the maximum rates of Polymarket's builder program. The fee is collected by Polymarket through its builder program, on top of Polymarket's own fees, and paid to us as the builder. It is our only charge; the download and the account are free. There are no volume tiers.
The fee is shown in the order ticket before every order, and the rate shown there is the rate that applies to that order. Paper mode sends no orders and carries no fee. Changes to the fee rates are announced on this website and by email to signed-up users at least 14 days before they apply.
7. Referral rebates
Referral rebate. A user who signs up with a referral code receives a 10% rebate on their PolyQuad fees for 12 months from sign-up.
Referral share. Every user has a referral code. The referring user receives 20% of the referred user's net PolyQuad fees for 12 months from the referred user's sign-up.
8. Affiliate program
Affiliates are admitted by agreement. An affiliate receives 30% of the net PolyQuad fees paid by the users they referred, for 24 months from each user's sign-up, and 40% while they have more than 50 active referred users. A referred user is active in a month in which they paid PolyQuad fees.
Affiliates must present PolyQuad factually: no promises of profit or income, no trading advice and no instructions for circumventing any restriction. We may end an affiliate agreement for breach. The affiliate agreement covers tax status and invoicing.
9. Common rules for rebates and shares
- Referral and affiliate shares are computed from net fees: the PolyQuad fees left after the launch-offer rebate and the referral rebate.
- Amounts are computed from Polymarket's public builder trade data per wallet, by calendar month (UTC).
- Paid monthly in pUSD to your Polymarket wallet, with a $50 minimum; smaller amounts roll over to the next month.
- Paid only after Polymarket has settled the corresponding PolyQuad fees to us.
- No rewards from your own or linked wallets. Linked wallets are wallets funded from the same source, wallets that move funds between each other, or wallets sharing a payout address or a device. Self-referral, circular trading and similar abuse forfeit rewards.
- Rebates and shares are not a return on trading and are not guaranteed to reach any amount.
10. No custody
PolyQuad is non-custodial. Your private key is stored on your own device (in the operating system keychain) or, for the server edition, on your own server. Orders are signed on your device and sent directly to Polymarket.
We never see, receive, hold or control your keys, your orders or your funds, and we cannot reverse, cancel or recover any transaction. You are responsible for keeping your device, your server and your keys secure. We recommend a separate trading wallet that holds only the funds you intend to trade.
11. No investment advice
PolyQuad is a manual trading tool. It does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, signals or recommendations, and it does not trade on your behalf. Every order is your own decision.
12. Risk warning
Prediction markets are high-risk. You can lose all funds you trade. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
Take profit and stop loss orders are watched by the software and are not guaranteed to execute at a given price, or at all. In the desktop app they work only while the app runs and is connected. Market data, latency figures, queue estimates and paper-mode fills are informational and may differ from actual execution.
13. Your responsibility for compliance
You are responsible for complying with Polymarket's terms and with the law where you live, including any restrictions on who may use Polymarket. PolyQuad is software; whether you may use Polymarket depends on Polymarket's terms and your local law. You must not use PolyQuad to circumvent any restriction, and PolyQuad provides no means to do so.
14. Availability and warranty
PolyQuad depends on third-party services we do not control, including Polymarket, its order book and builder program, Chainlink and Binance price data, and your internet connection. We do not guarantee that these services are available, accurate or unchanged, and a change by a third party can limit or stop functions of the software.
Your statutory rights as a consumer regarding conformity of digital content remain unaffected. Beyond those rights, the software is provided as is and we give no further warranty.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed or delayed orders, the actions of third-party services, or the loss of keys or funds through your device or server, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the PolyQuad fees you paid in the twelve months before the event.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.
16. Termination
You may stop using PolyQuad and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account if you materially breach these terms, for example by sharing the account, circumventing the account check or the PolyQuad fee, or abusing the rebate or referral rules. We notify you by email before closing an account, unless the breach requires immediate action. Rebates already earned under the common rules are paid out.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live also apply, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Disputes not settled by agreement are heard by the Harju County Court in Estonia.
Complaints: please contact us first at hello@polyquad.app; we answer within 14 days. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
18. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Signed-up users are notified by email at least 14 days before a change applies. If you do not agree, you may stop using PolyQuad and close your account.
